I've been creating a character with a toon shader and I decided to test out the toon outlines on my character which I've made by using a black emission material with backface culling and the solidify modifier with flipped normals. As you can see with the other objects the outline works correctly, however I've put the ... WebSelect all the meshes you want to add an outline to. Go in edit mode. Press A to select all the polys, then Shift+D to duplicate them and alt+s to scale. Then right/left click once it's scaled enough. Flip the Normals by pressing Alt+N then recalculate inside. Go in UV uvrap mode with the newly made outline.
