WebTo enable Canadians to assess progress on shared health priorities, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) led a process whereby Federal-Provincial-Territorial Ministers of Health agreed to a set of 12 common indicators for home and community care and mental health and addiction services. WebWHEREAS, Canada and Ontario agreed to a Common Statement of Principles on Shared Health Priorities (hereinafter referred to as the "Common Statement", attached hereto as Annex 1) on August 21, 2024, which articulated their shared vision to improve access to home and community care as well as mental health and addictions services in Canada;
