The 2-lane one-way has two lanes (dur), a much lower speed limit, no zoning has zoning, whoops!, and builds straight unless you tell it to curve. So use what suits you.

Using terraforming to create sloping ground can also be done, then ramps will snap to the land surface nicely. Move it makes producing the same effect a lot easier from what I've seen.
