I want to have a perma noob : WebSkills are cannot be respecced. Its a wonky system. Don't rely on repsecs for anything other than Enhancements or swapping a feat at some later points. If you screw up your feats big time a respec is possible but very painful. Basically plan out your character's feats and especially skills or you can get screwed.

WebOct 25, 2012 · Yes, I've had trouble switching feats out at Fred as well. He seems very picky about which feats he is allowing you to switch. To make matters worse, you risk losing all your Epic Destiny xp if you choose to LR because Fred is broken. Caught between one bug and another. It's a little ridiculous.
