WebI can charge the watch overnight (8 hours) and have only 5 hours of battery life the next day. I've turned off a lot of the notifications and brightness on the watch to conserve energy and battery life but that is not helping to resolve the battery life issue. Fitbit is aware of this problem with the Versa watch.
