Most of my build styles tend to be as completionist as possible, but I'm really splitting hairs figuring out what to sacrifice.

WebThe bottomline is the perks don't add up. Also, using any drug often enough in a given period of time will eventually get you addicted. There's a game mechanic that makes addiction automatic once you pass a certain point.
