WebStrategic management is the continuous planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all that is necessary for an organization to meet its goals and objectives. WebWe then question how these characteristics may impact on strategic management practices in H&T organizations. Next, we discuss how generic strategic management models and theories can best be applied in the H&T context. Finally, we provide a brief review of the current status of strategic management literature in the H&T field.
